High temperature resistant conveyor belt is also known as Kevlar braided conveyor belt. Woven with Kevlar and high temperature fibre, the belt has excellent high temperature resistance, abrasion resistance and cutting resistance. Under normal environment, its temperature resistance can reach above 650 ℃, and its structure is more firm and durable than felt. It is mainly applied to the transmission of glassware and products with high temperature. After transferred out from a high-temperature press, the glassware has a high temperature. Traditionally, the transmission of the products with high temperature is carried out by a steel mesh conveyor belt. Because the steel mesh conveyor belt is made of metal, hot glassware may explode or cause small cracks when it encounters a cold steel mesh conveyor belt. And it is difficult to solve the environmental protection problem that requires continuous heating to produce a large amount of exhaust gas. Nowadays, the Kevlar high-temperature resistant conveyor belt has well solved these problems. Since the fiber is soft and not easy to scratch the finished product, the qualification rate of product is greatly improved, and heating and insulation are needless. As a result, the cost of the enterprise is decreased to a great extend, and the environment protection is achieved.
The belt is made of Kevlar fiber, stainless steel fiber and some other high temperature resistant material fiber, so it can resist to 650 ℃
